We are senior IT and Internet marketing professionals who found ourselves shopping online and going from site to site trying to find the best deal. We thought there was a better way and, as we were talking about it, DealMine.com was born. Scott Cherkin, Founder
Since the mid-1990s, he has held leadership roles within innovative, interactive start-ups like Travel Ad Network, S&H greenpoints, Dotomi and theglobe.com. Scott has developed a strong interest in information security and public safety and has been involved in a volunteer research project to explore these issues since 2002. In 2004, the project was funded by the DoJ's National Institute of Justice and more information can be found at infosecurityresearch.org. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University.
Eric Carp, Founder
Eric Carp has over 12 years of Information Technology experience with expertise in web site design and development. He has been the technical lead on several internet/intranet application development projects for both Fortune 500 companies and small startups with a focus on internet commerce. Eric is a graduate of Penn State University and has an MBA from Temple University.
Amit Gupta, Founder
Amit has more than 10 years of experience in software engineering and project management. Amit has led many software projects from inception to delivery at various large clients. His expertise lies in web based development, enterprise application, e-commerce, client-server application. He holds a Master Degree in Technology from prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, New Delhi, India.
